Introduction
The SICOM3028GPT is an intelligent modular platform that delivers an all-in-one solution integrating clock synchronization, full Gigabit bandwidth and Layer 2/Layer 3 functions. It is specially developed for industrial communication systems with strict EMC performance requirements.
It supports up to 28 configurable fiber/copper Gigabit ports, complies with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards, and has obtained Class A certification from State Grid Corporation of China.
Adopting a 19-inch 1U rack-mounted structure, it is equipped with one 1U slot and six 0.5U slots. All modules are field-replaceable for high deployment flexibility.
It supports hardware timestamp-based IEEE 1588v2 and Synchronous Ethernet protocols, and is compatible with BC, P2P TC and E2E TC clock modes, achieving time synchronization accuracy of 100ns. It supports both Power Profile and Telecom Profile. An extended clock server module enables master clock functions, while the HSR/PRP expansion module provides zero-packet-loss redundancy solutions.
It features abundant Layer 2 functions including port management, VLAN, multicast, QoS and fast redundant ring, as well as Layer 3 functions such as VRRP, RIP, OSPF, IGMP and PIM. It supports multiple management modes including Console, Telnet and Web, and is compatible with SNMP-based network management software.
This product has been widely applied in power grid, rail transit, petrochemical and other industrial communication fields demanding superior EMC performance.
